Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative Dispute Resolution (or ADR as it is commonly known) describes the range of dispute resolution remedies available outside litigation. Captain Julian Brown is an accredited Mediator, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb), a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitration (SIArb) and a Supporting Member of the London Maritime Arbitration Association. In addition to being an Arbitrator and Mediator, Captain Brown is also an Expert Determinator for technical maritime disputes.
